Existing Facilities
& Production Expansion Projects
The
project may call for tearing out an entire old production line to make way for a
completely new process, and Integra will work directly with the owner to provide a full range of
professional services specific to each projects requirements. We typically
self-perform a larger portion of work on a given project using our own trained
craftspeople, which customers agree allows us to maintain maximum control over project
variables. So, we can tender a straightforward demolition price to simply scrap out and
dispose of all the old equipment.
But the customer also benefits from our extensive skills
with process equipment installations. Integra has achieved
particular success with working directly with the plants own designated
representatives from engineering, production, and even maintenance to develop and execute
specialized and turnkey responsibilities. These include facilities or building additions,
utility and infrastructure upgrades, as well as any required structural concrete and steel
foundations.
New
Equipment Installations
Any company involved in
manufacturing can benefit from Integra's experience
with process installations. Our project teams are drawn from dedicated and energetic
managers and fully accredited and skilled tradespersons that will work closely with the
owners representatives to make certain that the new equipment is properly installed
and fully productionized.
"Process Equipment Installation" means different
things to different people. We automatically default to the owners perspectives when
it comes to defining and satisfying the project needs. To Integra, the project includes looking beyond the immediate scope to
envision a fully productionized operation running at line-rate. We meet all project tasks
head-on, from vendor buyoff and shipment to the home plant, through rigging and precision
setting, to final debug and owner assist with material delivery, tie-in to ancillary
systems, and final punchlist. Our responsibilities extend to the work we self-perform,
along with uniform communication of the same requirements for our subs and lower-tier
suppliers.
The customers project launch team sure expects this
degree of professional attention, corporate management and purchasing demand it, and the
project engineer depends on it.
Vendor
/ Supplier Support
When
we say the word "Customer", we are referring not only to owners, but also to the
major equipment and suppliers that furnish the new processes to those owners, too. These
suppliers need reliable services for their installations, since their reputation with the
owner rides on each and every new project. Through the years, Integra professionals have completed myriad renovations and installations
for our countrys leading manufacturers and privately-held businesses alike:

General Construction Every challenge deserves our
attention. From a detailed concrete pour to an office renovation to a changeover of an
automotive plant, the professionals at Integra have seen it
all. But no matter what the task, Integra professionals
have learned to look beyond the immediate scope. They take a wider view to ensure your
facilities match your production needs. The relationship we develop with you will enable
us to ask the tough questions and create the innovative solutions that help you avoid
costly reworking later. Whatever the complexity, whatever the deadline, we take nothing
for granted. Your project has our complete attention.
Conveyor & Equipment
Maintenance & Repair
Existing
customers rely on our ability to work cooperatively with all of their in-house workforces,
including the facilities and production maintenance departments. For instance, we
initially developed a conveyor repair operation in a support role to safeguard our
customers production during emergency outages or major equipment failures. However,
our business in this area has grown to include specialized services that are tailored to
support and enhance each clients maintenance needs. This has provided our customers
with increased flexibility for scheduling and optimizing their own resources, based on
their confidence in our direct notification system and documented quick response
times. Integra commands the technical skills and the experience to correctly
identify the fixes, along with the drive of our service crews to do whatever it takes to
restore production even during the most urgent downtime scenarios.
